The ancient Casa Naldi, in Montecarlo, rises on the foundations of a house dated from 1330-1400.
It’s located in the centre of the hillside village, one of the most beautiful villages of Lucca area; from here it’s possible to view Lucca’s surroundings and the Val di Nievole.
The boarding house, recently restored, maintains the tiled floor, stone walls, wooden beams and furnishings all in rustic style. Casa Naldi has two double bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite and one triple bedroom.
Two rooms have beautiful views over the wonderful Val di Nievole: a unique panorama. Guests can use, by request, a wonderful stonebuilt kitchen, with all the modern comforts: dishwasher, oven and fireplace.
The cantina (wine cellar) has been converted into a living room area, where it’s possible to find a little side of “Heaven”.
Casa Naldi is a very nice accommodation that permits guests to relax and enjoy their stay.
